Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.
3. Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
Yes. Jewelry can be exchanged or returned within 30 days if it has not been intentionally damaged or altered. Refunds are not available. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for details.
4. Do you accept custom or personalized orders?
Yes, we offer personalized pieces on request. However, please note that custom jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. What payment methods do you accept?

6. How do I care for my jewelry?
We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry place, away from chemicals and humidity. Clean gently with a soft cloth. Avoid wearing it while swimming or during sports.
7. Is your jewelry under warranty?
Yes, our jewelry is covered against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care is not covered.
8. Do you have a physical store?
Yes, our showroom is located in Saint Martin 601 Galerie des Acacias Anse Marcel, where clients can book an appointment for direct collection or viewing.
9. How is my order packaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and securely packaged. We also offer gift wrapping on request.
